A dated conservatory had left this home with a cramped, gloomy kitchen and a dining space that was uncomfortable year‑round - too hot in summer, too cold in winter. Our design reimagined the layout with both rear and front extensions, opening up the ground floor into a bright, welcoming heart of the home.

Upstairs, a new first‑floor extension created an additional bedroom, turning the property into a spacious five‑bedroom family home. The result is a comfortable, energy‑efficient space that feels balanced and inviting in every season.
