What began as a small gap at the back of the house became an opportunity to reshape how this home works for family life. By completing the footprint with a modest rear extension, we unlocked space for a generous kitchen and dining area - a welcoming hub where meals, conversations, and celebrations naturally come together.
 

The new layout also created a ground‑floor bedroom with its own spacious en‑suite shower room, designed with accessibility and comfort in mind. This addition makes the home more inclusive, offering independence and ease for guests or family members who prefer living on one level.
Practical touches were woven in too: a utility room for everyday chores, and a relocated games room at the front of the house, ensuring every space has a clear purpose.
