Freelance Revit/Revit LT user

 

We are looking to hire a freelance Revit/Revit LT user to join our team remotely to work on a number of residential projects. Your primary task will be to convert existing building surveys into an accurate Revit model, including landscaping where required. Depending on experience, the role can be expanded to include delivery of the design proposals in Revit.

 

You must be proficient in Revit and be able to work with all building elements, associate materials and work with and create parametric families. Revit for Architectural Design Certification is an advantage. You will be expected to manage time and priorities independently and deliver within the agreed timelines. A good understanding of the design process will be helpful.

 

You must be fluent in written and spoken English, have your own access to a laptop/PC, and ideally have your own software licenses. As well as being fully proficient in Revit,  a basic working knowledge of AutoCAD would be useful.

 

As this is a freelance position, you must be self-employed and able to send invoices. The position is not location based, all applicants will be considered as long as they have excellent communication skills and are available during our office hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm. This role falls outside of IR35. A fixed fee depending on experience will be agreed for each project prior to commencement.
